returns policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products however if you believe your products aren't up to scratch then please get in touch here.

Faulty/damaged items: 
Please provide a photo of the damaged/faulty items and we'll either offer a replacement, refund or gift voucher.

Change of mind: 
We do not offer exchanges, but we are happy to refund for change of mind within 7 days of you receiving your items, provided that they are unused and in original condition and packaging. 

You will need to cover the cost of return postage to Currumbin, Gold Coast (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). We will not refund until we receive the item/s back in its original condition. NB. The item/s must be posted back to us within 7 days of receipt from us and tracking provided to us via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded by the same method with which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges.
